Which of the many current, active and forward looking developments (only a few of which get a mention) might act as seeds – and in what ways? Is there a supporting business case for how to get development off the ground and then to sustain it? Mary Portas is a business woman.

Received a very warm welcome and the chef even got us to sample bits that we had never tried before. I went for the goat curry, rice & peas and some plantain with their lovely hot chilli sauce. Looking forward to going back and trying their jerk chicken!
